2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kinjer P. S. Case No. 57 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per FIR, this petitioner with the help of other co-accused alleged to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is daughter-in-law of the deceased and informant is own father-in-law of this petitioner. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that specific allegation against this petitioner, who is daughter in law of the deceased, along with other co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79934 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 persons killed the deceased. Hence, she does not deserve regular bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
