The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 125(C) of 13, having earlier been rejected by the order dated 05.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40842 of 2019 for the alleged offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of accusations alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2463 of 2020(4) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to take a different view of the matter at this stage.
