The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 458, 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner and other co-accused are that they entered in the house of informant and started assaulting the informant and her family members and they also tried to commit rape. The allegation against petitioner is of causing injury on nose of the informant which is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018.
