2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of direction to the Land Acquisition officer cum collector Bhojpur Ara (Respondent No.3) for awarded the Compensator Amount on the of market value as the Government has acquired The Lands of The Petitioners for the approach rout of Babua Dorigaons Ganga Bridge bearing Maiya Dhandiha Thana No.-133, Khata No.- 139, Khesara No.-272/3642 Area-0.14 Area

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner wants to enhancement the compensation which has to be considered by an appropriate Court under section 64 of the Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching before the concerned authority in next four weeks.
5. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the authority/Curt shall see to it that the writ petition was pending before this Court while dealing with the limitation petition.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
