The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with Farsa on the head of the husband of the informant. The doctor had found head injury, though not caused by any sharp-cutting object. Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer fro anticipatory bail is refused. However, the petitioner may surrender in the court below within three weeks and pray for regular bail which shall be considered
