The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No.36 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the assailant of the injured. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2024 and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the submissions of learned counsel for the

No.84489 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya / concerned Court in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.
