1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of writ of the mandamus commanding upon the respondents authority to conduct the departmental enquiry against the illegal appointment of respondent No. 8 and 9 on the basis of fake and fabricate educational certificates as The are working as incharge
Patna High Court CWJC No.18363 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 Headmaster and Panchayat Teacher respectively.
(b) For a direction to lodge the First Information Report against the Respondent No. 8 and 9 for submitting the fake educational certificates for the appointment as Assistant and Panchayat Teacher respectively.
(c) For issuance of writ of certiorari to set-aside the appointment letters issued in favours of Respondent No. 8 and 9 and working in Government School under district of Madhubani.
(d) For a direction to the Government of Bihar to recover the salary drawn by the respondent No. 8 and 9 after appointment as regular teacher and Niyojit Teacher respectively."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
