ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2019 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.143 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the present petitioner, who is the cousin Gotni of the deceased lady, is false and frivolous and the petitioner has been put behind bars. It is further submitted that the allegation is that the petitioner along with others was preparing illicit liquor and since the deceased protested against the same, they all turned against her and killed her. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the allegation against the present petitioner not being specific, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.143 of 2018.
