Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

The informant claims that petitioner as well as coaccused Shivnath Paswan settled the marriage of their son with daughter of informant but subsequently, they demanded dowry and refused to have solemnized the marriage of their son.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59089 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Taking note of this fact that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Bikram P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
