The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No.327 of 2019 dated 19.7.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 467, 468, 41 of the Indian Penal Code.
On secret information that the criminals have assembled near the Budha Cancer Sansthan on Scorpio Vehicle, the police conducted the raid and four person have been arrested as well as number plate and other articles were also recovered. Name of the petitioner has transpired on confessional statement of the coaccused. He is accused in one more case under Section 392 of the IPC.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76041 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 that except the confession statement, there is nothing against him and nothing has been recovered except the ATM card and he is in custody for more than 3 1⁄2 months as well as the charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No327 of 2019 and one of the bailors should be local one and he will co-operate in the disposal of the trial and appear as and when required. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
