The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76259 of 2018 in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 483 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Katihar to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned case and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from the date of order but he failed to surrender in time as his counsel failed to inform him.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77590 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the Katihar Nagar P.S.
