2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood rejected, vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28208 of 2025 .

3 . Considering the specific accusation against this petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons brutally assaulted son of informant. Injury report also indicated multiple injuries on the person of the injured.

4. Considering the nature of accusation , materials available on record and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre - arrest bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
