Let the authority should consider the fact, law and prayer of the present case vis-a-vis the case of Vinod Kumar
Patna High Court CWJC No.20570 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Singh and if it is found that both the cases are identical, the present petitioners will also be granted the identical benefit as has been given to the Vinod Kumar Singh.
With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
