The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other coaccused persons is that they, variously armed, assaulted the informant and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83335 of 2023(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/3 petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute and previous enmity. Both parties are agnates. There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioners rather the allegation levelled against them are general and omnibus. It is further submitted that injuries sustained by the injures persons are simple in nature except the injury of one Sonu Kumar. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody for more than 3 months. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 710 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
