The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bishambharpur Police Station Case No.118 of 2019/GR No.1160 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

The accusation is of recovery of 26 liters country made liquor from the motorcycle, in which the petitioners were found sitting.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents and are in custody since 29.09.2019.
