The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 1639 of 2017 (Tr. No. 1756 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in the instant case is that in connection with sale of truck, Rs. 6,38,000 and odd was paid to the accused persons, but later on the accused persons declined to sell the truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2019.

No.73179 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 Prima facie, the present case appears to be a case of non-performance of contractual obligation, as such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 1639 of 2017 (Tr. No. 1756 of 2019).
