The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, registered under Sections 418, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant being the Gramin Awas Paryawekshak received information that one person is realizing Rs. 600/- per person for adding the name in the list of beneficiaries of Prime Minister Housing Scheme. Thereafter, he along with Ranjeet Kumar and Narendra Kumar Singh reached at the door of Uday Paswan of Bhusia village, where one person was found sitting, who disclosed his name as Mahadeo Hembrom (petitioner) and he himself disclosed as Sarweksak Assistant and he also produced the appointment

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62279 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 letter, while no post of Sarweksak Assistant created under the Prime Minister Housing Scheme, as such his appointment letter was found forged and fabricated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion and he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be parent/close relative of the petitioner.
