Petitioners seek bail in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 87 of 2010 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between the parties on account of which the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61062 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 vide order dated 16.05.2018 passed in B.P. No. 396 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 26.03.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions JudgeI, Bhagalpur in connection withAntichak P.S.
