On getting confidential information with regard to assemblage of anti-social elements, a raid was conducted at the house of Shiv Ratan Das and during course thereof, as is evident, all of them managed to escape while the fire arms in terms of seizure list were recovered from a maize field belonging to Shiv Ratan Das while other items were recovered from the house of Shiv Ratan Das. Later on, Shiv Ratan Das was apprehended who made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement and also shown, Mukesh Pandey, Md. Rayees and Md. Firoz and other to be involved therewith.
