The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having looted a sum of Rs. 1,20,999/- from the informant who is stated to be an employee of Bharat Finance Inclusion Limited. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor T.I. Parade has been held so as to establish the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018.
