Petitioner happens to be sole assailant and identifying the same at an earlier occasion vide Cr. Misc. No. 1195/2018, prayer for bail was rejected. Moreover, petitioner has not renewed his prayer for bail before the learned lower court, instead thereof, annexed the same order which was considered at an earlier occasion i.e. order dated 01.12.2017.

Accordingly, instant petition is rejected.
