Earlier petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail, vide order dated 18.06.2019 on condition that he will appear before the learned court below on 01.07.2019. Now the modification application has been filed on the ground that due to inadvertence, he could not appear on that date, as such, he has filed the present application.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and on perusal of the record,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80164 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 it appears that this application has been filed after four months of the order dated 18.06.2019 passed in the earlier case. As such, the grounds for modification appears to be frivolous. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
