2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 76, 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Petitioner is said to have made physical relation with the informant and threw her in the river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the informant was in love with the petitioner for last two years. He submits that the victim girl being a major left her house alone and voluntarily met with the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84693 of 2024(2) dt.12-12-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 283 of 2024.
