2. This application is filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 51208 of 2017 which was dismissed on 12.07.2018 for want of prosecution.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application and the submissions made in support, this Court is not inclined to restore the application in the year 2026.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of discharge in the court below.

5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be heard
