2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta (Neura) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons took money from the informant in lieu of registering a land and later on, the accused persons demanded much more money than the agreement entered into between the parties and threatened him of dire consequences.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

No.689 of 2025(3) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 He is not party to the transaction but merely witness of agreement to sell between the informant and two main accused persons Sujeet Kumar and Ashwani Kumar. The case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of Ashwani Kumar who has been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate bench. He is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta (Neura) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
