The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence as well as in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down
