2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 376D, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant (victim) was returning home after attending her class, the petitioners forcibly got her seated on the motorcycle and thereafter, snatched her mobile and brought her to a hotel named R.R. Palace, Laheriasarai where co-accused Vipul was already present. Further, the petitioners along with other accused persons

The victim further alleged that she was taken to Samastipur, where she was drugged with an injection on her right hand as a result of which, she became unconscious and again the accused persons committed gang rape upon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the person of clean antecedent and they falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this bail petition stands rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
