ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.226 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against other co-accused persons and not against this petitioner. There is no allegation of assault by the petitioner and not a single whisper in the whole F.I.R. about any overt act having been committed by the petitioner. The petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and
