Petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No.129 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family members of the deceased. It is only alleged that this petitioner acted as middle man between deceased and her husband. He is named in the written report.
There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59891 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Patna City, in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.129 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
