Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and with the intervention of family members and well-wishers, the parties have entered into a compromise.
Considering the compromise petition contained in Annexure-3 and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four

No.62807 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashish Kumar Agnihotri, J.M. 1st, Class, Arwal, in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
