Petitioner seeks bail in Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any illicit liquor from possession of the petitioner. In the seizure list, it is mentioned that illicit liquor has been recovered from the road in front of the house of Shailendra Verma. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2018.
