The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019, registered under Sections 302/34/120(B)/216 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, co-accused, Md. Irfan was apprehended who disclosed the name of this petitioner saying that the arms, used in the present occurrence, was supplied by petitioner and Jai Shankar Ram and thereafter, petitioner was remanded on 28.01.2019 from Belsand P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 and since then he is in custody.

No.74437 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
