2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 8.10.2024, passed in Cr.Misc. No.67536/2024 by this Court.

3. Let the name of village of petitioners recorded in cause title of order dated 8.10.2024 be read as 'Nitma' in place of 'Mitma'. Period of surrender of these petitioners is also extended by six weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
