2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have injured the police personnel while they were checking the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injuries sustained by the victims are simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 210 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Kutumba Police Station on the first Sunday of each month.
