The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) (g) and 32 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no knowledge about the recovery of any wine from the vehicle which is alleged to be carrying the liquor and which was seized. It is further submitted that only on suspicion and because the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle, he is apprehending his arrest.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
