JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of order/orders, direction/ directions, writ/writs in nature of mandamus, commanding and/or directing the respondents nos. 1 to 4 to quash the unlawful "Bond" dated 16.07.2024, as executed for deliberate cessation of the 10 years' "Live-in-Relationship" as has been established in between Mr. Priyanka Sinha and Mr. Vipul Kumar, which remained continuing since 1st May 2015 up till now. The said "Bond" as executed on
Patna High Court CWJC No.18752 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/3 16.07.2024 by respondent No. 5, duly signed by the petitioner and duly witnessed thereto by his father in reference to a written false accusation made under 'Pressure, force, intimidation, coercion and extortion upon Mr. Priyanka Sinha, being a consenting girl partner of Mr. Vipul Kumar, who is daughter of Musmat Kiran Devi, who presented herself at the Parsa Bazar Thana at Parsa, Patna, on 16.07.2024, in person, merely on account of the force, pressure criminal intimidation, coercion, exploitation as caused by her whole family members namely Mr. Varun Shankar (uncle), Smt. Ranjana Singh (Aunty), Mrs. Nisha Kumari (Younger Sister), Mrs. Nikita Singh (Younger Sister), Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh (Uncle) and Mr.
Vishwanand Singh (grandfather) with a bad motive to marry her to another boy by force against her will, is a designed conspiracy to terminate and ensure cessation of 10 years of "Live-in-relationship" that continued in between Mr. Vipul Kumar and Mrs. Priyanka Sinha. The Respondent No. 7 has been forced to make a complaint in writing to Parsa Thana and at the Mahila Thana at Gardanibagh, Patna-2, respectively, against her boyfriend, i.e. the petitioner. The said bond, refraining/restraining the petitioner from chatting with Respondent No. 7 is unlawful cessation of "Live-in-Relationship" of 10 years duration, in between the petitioner and the Respondent No. 7."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including approaching the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
