2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 506, 307, 427, 120(B) of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, the informant was caused threats by coaccused not to do politics and when the informant was going to file application in this regard before the Superintendent of Police, Siwan, he was intercepted by other co-accused and petitioner with the intention to kill the informant and they opened fire upon him causing injury to the informant. Thereafter, Mohalla people brought the informant to Sadar Hospital, Siwant and from there, he was referred to P.M.C.H., Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017 in this case. Charges have already been framed on 28.05.2019 and till date trial has not been concluded. Similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide Annexure - 6 to the petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, slow progress of trial and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-III, Siwan, in S.T. No. 92 of 2019 arising out of Siwan Town Police Station Case No. 148 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) khushbu/- U T
