2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that four unknown persons entered in the bank being armed with weapons. It is alleged that they were not successful in their attempt but they took away the mobile of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of investigation, this petitioner was apprehended and he has given is confessional statement. It has been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80770 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 has submitted that the petitioner has been framed in this case only on the basis of his criminal antecedents.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 13 cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai.
