ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.319 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the allegation that the petitioner was using abusive language, no other overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner so as to occasion the allegation against him under Sections 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Case No.319 of 2019.
