Patna High Court CWJC No.534 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 directing and commanding the respondents to remove the illegal encroachment from the land in question recorded as Anabad Sarv Sadharan and declared as Aahar-Pain and the same is single Source of irrigation of village Katghara and Nadgarh situated under Sitamarhi P.S., Anchal Meskaur, District-Nawada bearing thana No.109 Khata No.376, Plot No./ Khesra No.1938 but the same has not been removed in spite of issuance of Notice as form II under section 06 of the Bihar land encroachment Act 1956 to the private respondents but till date the same is still pending as it is"

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Meskaur Block, Nawada, for removal of encroachment from the public land. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
