2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 1049 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Perused the supplementary case diary.

4. Pursuant to the last order of this Court, the police has shown the faces of the criminals captured in the CCTV footage who had killed the deceased. The wife of the deceased has identified one of the killers as the petitioner Kalam Ray. The petitioner is in jail since 31.07.2023.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

6. After the case was dismissed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whether the petitioner is there in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84686 of 2023(5) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 CCTV footage can be deciphered only by the F.S.L. and, therefore, the CCTV footage may be sent to the F.S.L.

7. The petitioner is given liberty to file an application in the trial court for sending the CCTV footage to the F.S.L. for comparison and satisfaction of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
