No.44077 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.106 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he did not get proper information from the pairvikar of the case due to which he could not surrender in time.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and the Court below will release the petitioner on bail in terms of order dated 25.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44077 of 2018. This Modification Application is, accordingly,
