2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 251 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103 and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2025.

4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not involved in the crime and the informant has appeared in the court below and submitted that the petitioner was not made an accused by the informant but has wrongly been accused by the police.

5. In my opinion, apart from being involved in the murder of the deceased, the petitioner is also involved in tampering with the witnesses. This application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Neha/- U T
