The petitioners seek bail in Baniyapurr P.S. Case No.232 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that both the petitioners are father-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased. In fact, deceased died due to dehydration and her dead body was cremated after giving information to the informant who is father of the deceased. He further submits that both the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62373 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 petitioners are father-in-law and the brother-in-law of the deceased and they are living separate from the husband of the deceased and are in custody since 24.07.2018.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIth, Saran at Chapra, in Baniyapur P.S. Case No.232/18.
