JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No. 152 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has cropped up on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Chhitan Yadav. He contends that said Chhitan Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 07.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62445 of 2017.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
