This appeal has been preferred after expiry of 180 days from the date of the impugned order. Hence, it is not maintainable in view of the specific bar under the proviso to Section 14-A(3) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the appellant to renew the prayer before the court below itself in connection with Spl.(H) Case No.18 of 2018, arising out of Kowakole Police Station Case No.182 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Nawada.
