This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 268 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having executed sale deed fraudulently of a portion of the land belonging to the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the fact is that the said land, which has been sold by the petitioner, belongs to her, which she had received upon partition of the joint family property and moreover, the police has already

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is not likely to tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses in case, she is granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 268 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
