Petitioner is accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 registered under Sections 30 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Bijay Sharma has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36201 of 2018 passed on 29.06.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018.
