Petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.209 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420/34, 467, 468 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is purely matter of civil dispute. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that informant has purchased the land on 13.12.2013 and after 41⁄2 years the informant has filed this false case. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60100 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.209 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
