Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019.
